What a remarkable week!

We had the opportunity to meet and connect with representatives of the Greek government, sharing our vision of bringing language, history, and culture together.

The week culminated in a full house event at the Union League Club of Chicago, where the story legacy of Ioannis Capodistrias traveled from Corfu to Chicago.

The presentation of the museum kit, the inspiring talk by the Museum Director Ms. Maya Charalampopoulou and the moving readings of Capodistrias’ letters created a meaningful experience for all.

A special touch was added by the conversation between Professor Zoe Gavriilidou and Antonis Miriagos.

We warmly thank the Consulate General of Greece in Chicago the Μουσείο Καποδίστρια - Capodistrias Museum, Enosis Federation Illinois and all partners who embraced this vision and helped us bring history closer to students and the next generation.

The journey has just begun.
The museum kit will now travel to schools across Illinois, continuing to inspire.

Today we had the honor of attending the event “Keeping Greek Alive Abroad – Why It Matters” and it was truly inspiring.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Zoe Gavriilidou for her dedication, vision, and tireless efforts in supporting and strengthening Greek education here in Chicago. Initiatives like this remind us how important it is to preserve our language, culture, and identity for future generations.
