The journey began through Japanese comics (manga) and anime, sparking a fascination with the country's customs and traditions. ✨ Intrigued by Japan's prowess in innovation and technology, Žygimantas, was drawn to explore this unique land!

As 2023 comes to an end, we've taken the time to reflect on this year's achievements 🤩 Since our makes great things every day, we want to share a few standout moments we are most proud of!

-We started the year with awards! We’ve been ranked by Built In Chicago as one of the Best Midsize Places to Work and Best Places to Work in Chicago!

- Our team together with Lithuania’s DevOps community, organized the first "DevOps Days Vilnius 2023" conference! Industry leaders and experts worldwide convened to share insights, experiences, and strategies in the realm of DevOps.

- For the first time, we organized impactful Women in Leadership events across Chicago, Kaunas, and Vilnius. Empowering conversations about career journeys, leadership styles, and career growth stories were just some of the highlights our leaders seamlessly wove into a single event.

- Guess what made us break into a victory dance this year? Welcoming our 100th teammate in Warsaw! This isn't just a number; it's a high-five to each one of you for contributing to making our company as great as it is today!

- People are what make our company great. That's why we're excited that more than 40 juniors came on board after graduating from our free-to-attend !

- For the third year in a row we were recognized by the Baltic Salary Survey Fair Pay Awards in Lithuania as a company with a fair and non-discriminatory remuneration policy for its employees. It proves the incredible amount of work our global has put in to ensure equal pay for equal work at , a Cognizant company.

- Also, this year, our company became part of the DUOday initiative, organized by the Social Employment Agency. During this initiative, we had a meaningful experience collaborating with a visually impaired individual, offering us a unique opportunity to gain insights from his valuable perspective. As a result, we are actively working towards fostering a more inclusive workplace environment.

- Tech events were in full swing this year. We organized 9 sessions in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Warsaw. Our in-house specialists brought together tech enthusiasts for an insightful exploration of the latest trends.

- As summer wrapped up, our Sports Season went out with a bang, leaving us feeling good and with awesome memories. The highlight? No doubt, our 3x3 Basketball Tournament in Kaunas. Our crew stepped up to the challenge, and guess what? We had 7 teams giving it their all – that marks our 3rd tournament under our belt!

- And then there was , which was an absolute blast! Over 700 hands from Lithuania and Poland went up! From wakeboarding to the performance by Beissoul & Einius, we immersed ourselves in the event and proved again that we know how to together!

So here's to an incredible year! 2024 – we're ready for you! ✨
