Did you achieve your goal in 26.3? Jokes aside, setting a goal (even if you don’t achieve it) helps to push yourself and gives you something to shoot for in a tough WOD.
We all had a great time during The Open and we can’t wait to bring these positive attitudes to every class! Remember, The Murph is coming!
The New Year Nutrition Challenge has officially come to an end! After 28 days of eating a high protein diet and 4+ servings of fruits and vegetables daily, all participants saw major benefits to their health. Congratulations to all participants for finishing strong!💪 🥦
