We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and creative to help keep the studio running day to day. The role includes managing supplies, scheduling, and communication between artists and clients — as well as handling marketing, social media, and event coordination. You’ll oversee shop upkeep, assist with conventions, maintain compliance and records, and help make sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced, artistic environment. A strong communicator with an eye for detail and design will thrive here.
