Today marks the grand finale of our “LEEP Restaurant Week”, the result of weeks of hands-on learning, collaboration, and real world practice! 🍽️✨��Throughout this experience, students explored every part of the restaurant world, from practicing how to order and exchange money as customers to learning important restaurant roles like host, server, busser, and chef. They planned menus, worked on budgeting skills, took a trip to Jewel for grocery shopping, and collaborated to cook and serve meals to one another.�
This experience has created meaningful opportunities to build life skills, explore food in new ways, practice communication and teamwork, and gain confidence through hands on learning experiences.�
We are so excited to host our very first Caregiver Restaurant Day this afternoon and celebrate all of the hard work that made this experience possible! 🎉⭐️🫶🏻

Last week, we celebrated Staff Appreciation Week by honoring the incredible team that makes LEEP/QLA such a special place. Our staff are truly at the heart of everything we do, and we are endlessly grateful for the care, creativity, patience, and passion they bring each and every day. �
