The best way to celebrate a romantic Valentine’s Day in Chicago is with an experience designed entirely for two.

An intimate Valentine’s dining experience inspired by a romantic evening in Amsterdam. Guests are welcomed with a glass of V***e Clicquot Champagne before settling into a warm, Amsterdam-inspired dining room for a thoughtfully paced, multi-course dinner inspired by thoughtfully curated global flavors.

The evening includes world-class service, custom-printed menus, florals, and signature details, all carefully curated to feel unhurried, personal, and beautifully composed.

Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, poured tableside with Bacon Parmesan Phyllo Twist (Delicate Cigar) garnish.
