Join us on April 18th as we head to the Weeds Tavern patio for the second installment of B-Side Kitchen. This time around, we’re celebrating Chicago’s favorite Italian, Tommaso, who will be pulling double duty as both our featured Chef and headlining DJ. We will also have brand new pieces from our Spring Collection available for purchase. This a completely free event and anyone (21+) is welcome to attend!

Tommaso is a Chicago-based vinyl selector, record digger, and DJ, originally from Florence, Italy. Rooted in the birthplace of house music, his passion began with his parents’ collection of vintage Italian 45s and grew into an expansive archive of global rarities spanning eras and genres. Now a fixture in Chicago’s underground music scene, Tommaso has been embraced by many of the city’s house music pioneers, bridging the gap between generations and introducing their legacy to a new wave of listeners.

His connection to food runs just as deep. Growing up in Florence, cooking was how his family showed love. Tommaso learned in the kitchen alongside the people who raised him, absorbing passed down recipes and techniques. That same instinct for care and intention that shapes his approach to music carries into how he cooks.
