Chicago Short Term Rentals

Once a tenant has an eviction and financial judgment against them, why do they wait until the Sheriff comes to put them out? She was suppose to leave December 28 but waited until today February 22 to be put out on a cold and wet rainy day. Her and her teenage kids cursing the Sheriff out. This is crazy! Why would you put your children in this situation to begin with?
