Monday Market Wrap Up where I bid farewell to some of the items that found new homes. Normally I do this over on the page because the hats I create are often unique and never to be made again. However. I thought it would be fun to carry this over to Home as well.

Not even close to all the pieces sold are represented here but a few one-off items made the cut. Navy and gold gift bag made from quilt off cuts, aqua knit washcloths, flamingo stocking, it was nice having you around. Enjoy your next chapter. I have enough fabric left to create another flamingo stocking but it's days in the inventory are numbered.

In general I try to mix it up between new fabrics and recycling from other projects to use as much as possible from every yard on hand. Sure, it would be delightfully polished to fussy cut every bookmark and bag to get the best pattern but there's a lot of waste that comes from that style of construction and I can't bring myself to do it. So I lean into the slightly off center, less than ideal image for some pieces and focus on the positive impact I'm trying to make environmentally.

Two more weekends and two more markets for in person shopping coming up. Any orders placed after Dec 15 run the risk of being late for Christmas so place them now to avoid wrapping an empty package with an I. O. U. 😉🎄
