Today's spotlight is for Kaileen Santos, one of our outstanding Customer Support Representatives!

We admire Kaileen's kindness and patience with our customers, her eagerness to go out of her way to help her teammates, and her resourcefulness in solving even the trickiest customer problems. One aspect of Kaileen's work that is truly extraordinary is that she is able to balance her full-time role with us alongside taking full-time courses as an undergraduate student. Kaileen regularly brightens our day with her wry sense of humor, and keeps the rest of us up to speed with the latest Gen-Z terms, which seem to evolve every ~35 seconds, no cap.

Beyond her college studies and working at WithMe, Inc., Kaileen enjoys reading, going to Disneyland, and soaking up the Southern California sun at the beach.

Kaileen's favorite aspect of WithMe, Inc., has been watching the rate at which the company is growing! Over the past year, she has noticed all-hands attendance more than double from when she first started. Kaileen noted that, "It’s great to work alongside such a diverse and passionate group of people as the company itself grows and expands. I also love that even though I work remotely across the country from the majority of the company, WithMe has done a great job of keeping the camaraderie between employees and the company values."

WithMe is happy to welcome Michele To as the newest member of our multifamily team!

Michele has been in the industry for over ten years. Eight of those were with Rentpath, where she won President’s Club and became a Senior Account Executive. Based in Denver since 2006, She is originally from Tennessee, and still has long-standing family ties there. She has been married ten years, and has three boys ages seven, two and five months! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movies, hiking, traveling, watching football (go Titans)!
