A first attempt at making advent calendars. They can be made with milk, white, or dark Callebaut chocolate (or a mixture of all 3).

On one of the hottest days of the year, what do I decide to do??? Make chocolate pizzas of course. They can be made in milk, white, or dark chocolate and will have a variety of options for toppings. I will be starting them at an introductory price of £7.50. It is hard to put a weight on them as toppings will vary but they will be around 400 grams for a 7 inch pizza

Now I wonder if this will last until Easter.... Easter eggs. Medium sized and can be made in either milk, white, or dark chocolate. £2.50.
