The Benefits of Fennel

• Best consumed raw/cooked; add into a salad, be the base of an entree, or turned into a broth. There no part of the fennel bulb that is inedible.

There are many benefits associated with fennel due to how rich in antioxidants and fiber it is, most commonly used to aid digestion.

However it should not be consumed in large doses (larger than 25-35g) as it can be toxic to your digestive tract.

The Benefits of Chamomile

One of the most calming and relaxing herbs for your body to fully rest.
Recommended daily intake would be up to 4 cups of tea or to take a chamomile supplement at night for at least 1 week.

The Benefits of Echinacea:

Boost your immune system and prepare for the flu,
Best taken as an herbal extract added into water.
Max amount should be about 6 grams daily up to four months.
