Meet Stevie, our June Pet of the Month!🐾🤍
Stevie has traveled far to get to Optima. ❤️

A little over a year ago, she was shipped from Dallas, Texas, to Boston, Massachusetts, where she was put up for adoption through the SPCA. The moment her owner walked in, Stevie instantly climbed onto their shoulders. Just a few months later, unbeknownst to either of them on adoption day, they made another big move together to Chicago.
At just 2 years old, Stevie is the sweetest, most well-adjusted creature. Her only fear? The dreaded mortal enemy of cats: the vacuum cleaner. 🙀

Stevie is curious, playful, and loves making friends with new people. Her owner is convinced she could make friends with a wall, especially if it offered her a Churu treat. 😸
Her favorite toys include her feather wand and reflections of light on the wall. Yes, really. In fact, her obsession with chasing light inspired her owner to buy her a disco ball, which has provided endless entertainment ever since. ✨
A special cameo is made in one of the photos by Stevie’s dearly departed older brother, Guido, who remains a cherished part of the family. ❤️
