This evening we have our final practice for Sagittarius season thia year, with a 1st quarter moon around the corner. This portal is a ideal time for forward momentum, so this is an opportunity to chanel that energy thru your practice. Todays practice will be warming and enlivening.

Scorpio energy abound today, as both sun and moon are currently in this sign. We have been taking a more restful approach this cycle and will continue to do so in this new moon phase. Expect do move gently and fluidly in todays practice and working with hip opening postures.
