On June 24th, ADM Cares teamed up with Bigger Table for the Mix It Forward Pancake Cook-off —a high-energy morning of team spirit, creativity, and purpose.

As part of our shared mission to fight food insecurity, ADM and Bigger Table have partnered on a special high-protein pancake mix designed for local food banks. This mix will help serve over 400,000 food-insecure neighbors across Chicagoland.

From competing in the kitchen to giving back with every stack, colleagues showed what it means to combine community, innovation, and impact.

Bigger Table is featured in Food Processing Magazine's latest article on the benefits and challenges of using upcycle ingredients. The piece highlights our project that produced nearly one million servings of a low-sugar, nutrient-rich smoothie using donated and upcycled ingredients, distributed to local charities and food banks.

With the support from partners like Chicagoland Food & Beverage Network, we're turning food industry byproducts into valuable nutrition for communities in need.
