We went to check out the "Aqui en Chicago " Exhibit at the Chicago History Museum. I'm recognized as a Latina Artist in chicago house music history, along with our former house music band U.F.A.(United Freaks of America).
A dj mix from Jesse De la Pena is also featured. The exhibit itself is a worthwhile visit, there is so much more! 150 years worth of Latinidad in Chicago. Latinx Culture, food, Indigenous languages, digital archive/gallery, resistance, love, art and music captured in 1 exhibit. It's running at the Chicago History Museum through November 8th:)
