I’ve been asked this question a lot lately:

“Should I buy and/or sell my property these days? Rates are up…values are down…unemployment is up…” et cetera, et cetera

The answer is not cut & dry. The decision on either end is quite nuanced. My suggestion is to talk it through with a TRUSTWORTHY & KNOWLEDGABLE realtor…along with their circle of lenders…lawyers…construction companies…etc. to consider all the pertinent variables before making this huge commitment. 🏘️🔨🛠️🔑💲

This type of transaction should use a well versed professional real estate consultant , not just a professional real estate sales person.

Please do not rely on sources like the daily news channels, Zillow, employment reports & political propaganda. It’s too important of a decision to rely on vague data points. Get all of your questions answered. Don’t be pushed into making a decision…be well informed.
