Do you have a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and helping small businesses thrive?

Center for Changing Lives is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Small Business Coach to support entrepreneurs as they launch, grow, and sustain their businesses. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one coaching, connect business owners with valuable resources, and help expand economic opportunity across Chicago.

As one of Illinois' Economic Empowerment Centers, we're looking for someone who believes in the power people already hold and in building pathways for entrepreneurs to use their strengths to create and sustain successful businesses.

✨ Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
