Registration is now open for my Kettlebell Foundation Workshop featuring the kettlebell swing on Saturday, Sept 13th! This is the first in a planned series of workshops designed to progressively build your kettlebell toolbox.

Location is 4256 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613. 12:30-2:30pm

Cost for the workshop is $100. Discounts available for those who attend subsequent workshops. Ask about virtual training options.
