Exciting update: The Georgia Urology Fayetteville Medical Center is now officially enclosed! The 20,213 SF facility, near Piedmont Fayette Hospital, will feature a 10,800 SF ASC with 2 ORs and 2 procedure rooms + 9,400 SF clinic with 27 exam rooms. Set for completion in May 2025, this project is designed to streamline care for a growing patient base.

Breaking News: Remedy is excited to announce the UCHealth Green Valley Ranch Medical Center that we developed in Denver, CO has been named a 2024 HREI Insights Award™ Winner for Best New Medical Office Building, Under 25,000 Square Feet. Tough land acquisition and city approval challenges were met head-on to fulfill UCHealth’s desired opening date and its vision of providing the rapidly growing community of Northeast Denver with urgent care, primary care, imaging, and physical therapy services in a prominently located, modern facility.
