Apex Construction Group was the GC for this interior renovation of 50, 1500SF condominiums in St. Charles, IL. Apex maximized the owner's budget by self-performing multiple trades and saving costs on the following scopes of work; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, doors and windows, interior finishes, and kitchen cabinets.

APEX’s project team has developed a highly efficient QA/QC process in order to ensure efficient, quality construction. Our processes are used to measure and to assure the combination of quality assurance, quality control, and quality of product procurement. Apex Construction Group’s Building Information Modeling processes are supported by various tools and technologies. The integration of BIM/3D Modeling into our building processes is a vital step in producing a quality construction project. Apex has an in-house BIM coordinator and coordinates with MEP trade subcontractors that understand the BIM building processes. With this, we are able to produce highly efficient, lean construction projects.
