🖋️Here I go again… thanking God for this gift! He has blessed me to not only be an subject matter expert in grief and to share with others my experiences.

⭐️He has allowed me further my gift with my OES Grand Chapter, Queen Beatrice Grand Chapter-State of Illinois and now I am taking my gift to the State of Maryland to share with Amulet Chapter No.85-OES, PHA about Mental Health.

💚May is Mental Health Awareness Month💚

A few statistics:

✅22.8 % of adults experienced mental Illness in 2021.

✅1 in 20 US adults experience a serious mental illness each year

✅Suicide is the 2️⃣nd leading cause of death among people 10-14

It is okay to ask for help and to seek counseling….
