Two weeks from today, we kick off our Sounds of Summer Concert Series with Rosie & The Rivets at Freedom Park! Join us for a fun evening of FREE live music from 6:30–8:30pm and enjoy listening to some great tunes with family and friends.

Mark your calendars for all five concert nights and get ready for an amazing summer of music in the park. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy great entertainment all summer long!

The Village of Chicago Ridge & the Chicago Ridge Lions Club are once again sponsoring the Community Planter program to help beautify our village. The Lions Club is asking local civic organizations, businesses and school clubs to participate in this community event. It will take place on Sunday, May 17 at 2 PM at the Chicago Ridge Village Hall.  The Village will provide the plants and potting soil. Individuals/groups are asked to bring a garden spade. Signage will be provided recognizing each group/organization. Any club, organization or business wishing to participate is asked to contact Lion Denise Tokar at 708-738-8718.
