Friday Fido Tip is a reminder that Assistance dogs have an important job to do and the best way to support them is to leave them alone!

Service dog in training Colter made the trip to Wisconsin for his future partners home visit. He was welcomed by retired K9s 4 Mobility Service Dog Axle, who just turned 12 years young.
Colter traveled through the Denver airport like a professional, riding the train and navigating all the people (some rude little dogs that barked at him) and security. He slept for most of the flight both ways.
While spending time with his future partner Heather, he made sure to show her what a great cuddler he is. Each time they went out to eat; Colter would position himself to be touching Heather's feet under the table.
We look forward to Heather and Colter becoming partners in late September.

A big thank you to the Cheyenne Rotary Club for their generous $20,000 donation to K9s 4 Mobility to help purchase a new van! We’re excited to receive the vehicle and proudly display the Rotary logo on it. We’re still seeking an additional $20,000 in donations to complete the purchase.
