Trust your gut! One major thing I have been focused on lately is diving even deeper into my spirit and bringing the unconscious conscious in an effort to trust myself more. Basically unlearning and peeling back the layers of my own personal programming that does not align with the good I desire so I am making empowered choices. This helps me to be sure I am living a life of intention, alignment and authenticity. There are many tools out there that assist in this process, but lately I have been exploring my and to develop an even deeper understanding of my true essence. Awareness is key, it’s the first true step to breakthrough which should be followed with application of that new found awareness. This is how real change is formed.
