Hiring an experienced Finance Manager to join its fast-growing global sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution organization based in Miami.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all financial operations in Oracle NetSuite (GL, AP/AR, payroll, reporting).
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
* Manage pricing models and profitability analysis across business units.
* Support bids and strategic decisions with accurate cost and margin analysis.
* Coordinate vendor and client payments, commissions, and receivables.
* Conduct financial and market analysis to guide executive strategy.
* Implement automation and AI tools to optimize reporting and efficiency.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in financial management or corporate finance.
* Proven Oracle NetSuite experience (required).
* Strong understanding of supply chain or manufacturing cost structures.
* Advanced Excel or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Position Overview

The Claims Admin will play a vital role in supporting our clients and internal team from the moment a new claim begins. This position will serve as the first point of contact for onboarding new homeowners, gathering and verifying documentation, filing claims with insurance companies, and coordinating inspections. The role also provides administrative support across the claims process to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of every file.
