Our mission is to provide our student athletes with the skills they need to be successful both in and outside of the lines, regardless of their sport. We focus on ensuring our student athletes have the proper perspective on sports and the positive role it can play in their lives. We strive to prepare our student athletes to be able to compete at a high level while keeping the proper perspective on sports in general. We have a strong policy that we only will work with athletes who are committed to being a student FIRST and are successful in the classroom. We will return that commitment to those athletes and give maximum effort to ensure they are prepared to compete on the court, but also in the classroom. At 3D we believe that there are three basic attributes that separate a good player from great one. Those are the same tenets of our core philosophies at 3D. We believe that Drive, Determination and Discipline are the keys to becoming a successful athlete. It is not just our philosophy, but our expectation that our athletes exhibit the Drive, Determination and Discipline to do whatever it takes to develop into the best student athlete possible. We will train all athletes, no matter their skill level or experience, as long as they have the Drive, Determination and Discipline to put in the required skill work to be successful. We have also started our Academy's Basketball Club Program where our athletes participate in various tournaments and leagues across the greater St. Louis area.
