Huge shoutout to !! The best meat in town, from local family farms, that actually care about the wellbeing of their animals and the land they raise them on, which in return is much healthier for us, the consumer. Not to mention, Fries that are fried in beef tallow vs seed oils (poison). Please support these guys, they're truly a butcher shop and restaurant that CARES about the quality of their food and the meat they sell.
