A little behind on my posting, but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to wish my sellers another congratulations on a great sale!!! This one was a busy open house, multiple offer situation. We were able to accept an as-is, above asking offer and we closed quickly with no issue!!!

I should also note, this deal is special because it was family!! I’m always grateful when my loved ones choose to trust me with their real estate needs. It is not something I take lightly.
