The Chester Worker Empowerment Center’s mission is to educate, empower, and organize workers in Chester. We are concerned community members, clergy, labor, and elected officials who believe that all workers have the right to dignity and respect at work, family sustaining wages, work-life balance, and the right to organize for their own safety and job security without the fear of harassment or discrimination.
