I've spent many years helping people navigate stress, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and the challenges that naturally arise throughout life.
One thing I've learned is that healing isn't something we do once and move on from. We all need opportunities to reconnect with ourselves, receive support, and continue growing.
That's why I created the Trauma Healing Through the Chakras Community Circle.
Each month, we'll come together to explore a different topic through the lens of the chakra system while incorporating teaching, reflection, healing practices, and intuitive group healing experiences.
