Today we proudly celebrate the 7-year anniversary of Region Rents Sales & Service! What an incredible journey it has been so far.
From our humble beginnings at our Chesapeake location, to expanding with our Newport News location in late 2022, we’ve continued to grow and evolve. Now, we’ve set our sights on opening a third location as we expand throughout the 757.

Position: Inside Counter Sales/Coordinator
Location: Greenbrier, Chesapeake
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Region Rents, a locally owned and fast-growing equipment rental company, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Counter Sales/Coordinator. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate equipment deliveries for the current and following day
Field incoming calls from current and prospective customers, including concrete, electrical, roofing, plumbing, demolition, drywall, and utility contractors
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on construction equipment and help customers select the right machines for their specific needs
Process and invoice rental contracts when equipment is returned and checked in by the service department
Direct calls to service, parts, accounting, and the outside sales team as needed

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Eagerness to learn and grow within the fast-growing equipment rental industry

Always a great week at JLG’s manufacturing plant in Pennsylvania getting re-certified as a Train-the-Trainer instructor.
Keeping your valued employees safe, informed, familiarized and current with the proper credentials to operate MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) and telehandlers is essential. Region Rents is proud to now have four certified instructors and to offer the theory/classroom portion through e-learning, paired with in-person, hands-on training.
