Refunds & Returns
-At the moment, we do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products. We ALWAYS upload a picture of finished products before orders are shipped and if there are any mistakes or changes to be made, inform us immediately. Once the product ships, I am not responsible for what happens to it. Tracking and delivery confirmation is offered on all orders and you will have to contact USPS about any shipping issues.
