Sweet n sour braided salmon.
Cut a slab of salmon into 3rds
*Braid them* idk how to explain braiding just do it.
Season with Cajun seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and dried rosemary.
Coat the salmon with olive oil to massage seasonings in
Bake at 350 on a bed of lemons for 35 minutes.
Sweet and sour sauce
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C pineapple juice
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
As much Crushed pineapples as you desire.
Prepare a corn starch slurry
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp of corn starch
Mix and add into sauce.
When salmon has 5 minutes to go, brush it entirely in sweet and sour sauce to finish.
It ain’t NEVER that EASY for me to take the skin off 😭😭😭😭😭
