Think you can’t work out because of an injury, surgery, or chronic pain?

Think again.

In this episode of the Riverview Wellness Podcast, Sierra and Reed break down one of the biggest fitness myths: that limitations mean you have to sit on the sidelines.

💪 Dealing with back pain?
💪 Recovering from surgery?
💪 Unsure where to start in the gym?
💪 Worried you’ll make things worse?

This conversation is all about meeting your body where it is, building a strong foundation, and learning how to move safely and confidently.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is progress.
No matter where you’re starting from, there’s a path forward—and it starts with understanding your body, building healthy habits, and taking that first step.

Decluttering might not sound like part of a fitness plan, but it can absolutely support your health goals.

Your environment plays a big role in your habits. When your space feels chaotic, overwhelming, or full of unfinished tasks, it can add stress and make simple choices feel harder than they need to be.

That matters because consistency is not just about willpower. It is also about reducing friction.

A cluttered kitchen may make cooking feel harder.

A messy schedule may make workouts feel impossible to fit in.

An overflowing inbox may keep your mind feeling scattered.

A disorganized gym bag may become one more reason to skip the workout.

At Riverview Wellness, we try to look at the bigger picture with our clients. Movement matters. Strength matters. Nutrition matters. But so do your routines, your environment, your stress, your schedule, and the systems that help you follow through.

You do not have to declutter your whole house to feel a difference. Start small:

Clear one counter.

Clean out one drawer.

Organize your gym clothes.

Throw away expired food.

Delete apps you do not use.

Pick one area that keeps creating stress.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is to create an environment that makes the next healthy choice easier.

Sometimes progress starts with a workout.

Sometimes it starts with clearing the space that helps you actually do the workout.
