We are a new Solar Company in the Market. We are looking for sales representatives who are confident, eager to learn and grow to join our amazing team. Entry level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply! We will train you.

All you need to apply is a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a drivers license, and a cell phone (preferably smartphone).

The consultants we have working for Velocity First have 15 years of combined experience in the Solar industry. We put our clients first and our representatives IMMEDIATELY after. Part of the reason why Velocity was founded was to treat people with Care, Honesty, and Respect as part of our Core Values. We also have a great sense of competition and love that environment.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, great interpersonal skills, a student mentality, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. We have a very collaborative culture with room for opportunity and growth.

Responsibilities

-Ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
-Closing, writing contracts
-Reaching out to leads
-Schedule appointments
-Go to appointments to meet with homeowners
-Maintain, and foster relationships with clients and making sure they are satisfied at all times
-Train new candidates
-Educate homeowners about solar and answer any questions or concerns they may have

Training
-We pride our self's and focus on training and devolvement. The first step is to make sure our new hires hit the ground running with all the training and materials they need. Second, it is creating a space where men and women who want more can move up in the ranks and teach the system we have.

Qualifications and requirements
-Great interpersonal skills
-A cell phone, preferably smart phone
-A student mentality — always willing to progress, learn and grow
-Maintaining a safe, pleasant, and comfortable work environment at all times.
-Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
-Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Very well versed and familiar with technology
-Great customer service skills
