Philly Jawn Fit is a boutique that features Shapewear, Corsets and Health, Wellness & Beauty Products. I decided to go into the "Shapewear" business because as a female myself I know firsthand the issues we face with our "Problem Areas" (waist, thighs, back, arms). I can't tell you how many times I found an outfit that would have looked perfect on me if it wasn't for that lil' bulge here or there.

I could eat eggs and avocado EVERYDAY!!! What food could you eat every day?
Eggs, avocado, onion, black olives, yellow peppers & kale on wholecwhwat bread.
FYI, my 1st meal is always after 12. It's not intentional fasting. It's just the way my life is set up 🤷🏽♀️.
