Numbers like these don't happen by accident. They reflect years of coordinated effort by community leaders, violence intervention organizations, public agencies, and residents committed to responding differently to violence.

We're proud that Roca Baltimore is part of that effort—relentlessly engaging young men at the highest risk of shooting or being shot, helping them heal trauma, build emotional regulation skills, and create lasting behavior change.

Violence intervention happens one person, one relationship, and one decision at a time. But Baltimore's progress shows what becomes possible when communities invest in that work at the scale needed to meet the challenge.
