Due to staff shortage, Plaid Melon Cafe is currently closed.

It’s been an amazing two years, and the Gallinat family will be forever grateful for the support we’ve had from all of our customers and the Chelsea business community. For all of you who shared a meal - or many - with us, “thank you” seems inadequate for the opportunity to get to know you.

We are looking at options for what the new face of the Plaid Melon looks like, and you can expect an update soon.
