Healing isn’t always bells and whistles…in fact, it rarely is. It’s in the small, inconsequential moments you decide to prioritize YOU. The mundane moments you set aside to pour into YOU. I had some time between clients today, so I did a vagus nerve support with MCN. I’ve been coming to the studio more often for these lately. If you’ve been a client of ours, you’ve likely heard us say, “everything is connected.” As I navigate my own health challenges in this season, I know –without a doubt – that MCN is an important part of my healing process. I would never offer a healing modality that I don’t use myself, and that I don’t believe in. I believe in MCN. And I believe in the importance of caring for these beautiful (and seemingly complicated) vessels we’ve been given to experience this life in.

Our current clients have had a sneak peak at our retail space, and we are ready to open it up to the public!! We’ve added more retail in preparation for this exciting moment, and would love to celebrate with you. Below are the details:
