WHAT GOES INTO A FIT365 WORKOUT?
Each 1 hour class includes strength, core, conditioning and mobility. Expect a range of exercises from squats, lunges, pushups and burpees to kettlebell swings and dumbbell work.

If there is one thing you can expect with a FIT365 workout, it’s the unexpected. Every time you walk into the gym, the coach will lead you through a new workout.

The workouts change every day and never get boring but the format is consistent. We start off with a 10-15 minute warmup and movement demos then move into the main workout of the day (known as the WOD). The WOD is generally around 30min of non-stop action. We finish each class with a 10-15 cool down routine designed to give you a good stretch. Think yoga without the Ommmms!
