Fugitive is a game played by a large group of people that all meet up downtown at the parking lot behind Urban Stack (12 West 13th Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37409) at 8 pm, It's across from the choo choo. The fugitives will have a 3 minute head start and be on foot and there mission will be to make it from the choo choo to the fountain in front of the aquarium without getting tagged. The cops
