professional. The Chattanooga Yoga School is led by dedicated and attentive full-time yoga professionals who will prepare you to enter a studio classroom with confidence. Upon graduation, you will have sequenced and taught multiple hour-long yoga classes. If your goal is simply to deepen your practice, we will offer an advanced curriculum without the pressure to instruct classes. Students will practice a spectrum of asana classes and learn the philosophical foundations of this amazing mind/body medium. Every participant will leave with a comprehensive plan for success, including extensive study of nutrition, lifestyle and business.
