1.) Apply for HCS School Choice

2.) Attend a New Student Meeting on Microsoft Teams
Fill out the form below to sign up for a meeting.

3. Complete the HCVS Commitment Form
This form will be sent after the meeting is attended.

HCVS Summer Student Information Session HCVS Informational Meeting - required for a student to be enrolled into HCVS. Please select the appointment you would like. The meeting link will then be emailed. Thanks

TCAP testing for April 27th to May 1st at Hamilton County Virtual School.
📍 Location: Hillcrest Elementary – 4302 Bonny Oaks Drive

🕣 Arrival Time: 8:30 AM (unless otherwise noted)

📝 Testing Begins: 9:00 AM

🍕 Meals Provided: Breakfast snacks and pizza lunch

Important Notes
🔹 Grades K–2 do not have any tests

🔹 All students in tested courses in Grades 6–12 must bring their fully charged HCS-issued Chromebook

🔹 All tests are required and must be taken in person

Tuesday, 4/28-US History (12:30 pm-2:30 pm) Arrive at 12:00 pm!
