Wayne Stuntz retired from Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management in 2014. He was a active member of the Local Emergency Planning Committee and worked closely with TVA Emergency Preparedness officials. Prayers to the Stuntz family during this difficult time.

Stuntz, Wayne Wilfred He was retired from the U.S. Air Force as a master sergeant after 26 years of service and was a Nuclear Facility Planner for Hamilton County.  Wayne was of the Catholic faith.

Robert Galiano, Site Director for BASF Chattanooga presented The Hamilton County Local Emergency Planning Committee Chairman, Mark Ericson, with a $2500 donation on behalf of BASF. The LEPC uses donated funds to assist local emergency response agencies acquire hazardous material response operational and training equipment, to fund hazardous materials exercises, and educate the public about hazardous materials safety.
