✈️We live in a time of convenience but that can lead to very unrealistic expectations.

It’s realistic to believe you can order just about anything online and have it delivered within 24 hours.

👎The problem is many of us have attached this mentality to our weight loss journey.

😡 The unfortunate part is there are a lot of people out there preying on individuals and their desperation to lose weight.

Please don’t fall for anyone promising you “fast” weight loss results.

It’s a process and when done correctly you actually stop caring about the actual weight loss.

You learn the weight loss is an outcome to the process.

Learn to love the process and you’ll go well beyond your initial goal.

⏰ This takes time though.

The plan itself doesn’t need to be difficult but you do have to stick with it much longer than people are promising if you want lasting results.

✈️Happiness comes from having control in your life.

This control in your life comes from creating self-awareness.

🧘The process to creating self-awareness requires you looking inward.

It’s an incredibly uplifting experience to feel on track with what you truly love want to be doing in life.

⭐️It’s typically much less and more simple than you’d think.

We don’t need much, but social media has made us believe that we do.

Taking the time to be intentional with your self-awareness practices will lead to real success.

This is why you will meet super wealthy people who still aren’t happy.

Their constant motivation to becoming financially successful comes from an external factor…💸

In today’s social media driven world it becomes difficult to be intentional about seeking your true inner motivation.

✅This happens because being intentional is to take action without distraction and we are all distracted by social media.

✅We are basically all in peacock mode trying to grab the attention of others.

✅A like or a follow may feel good for a moment but will never replace the peace of being aligned with what truly defines you.
