To our patrons, friends, and industry peers,
It’s with a heady mix of emotions that we announce our intent to close the restaurant.
We appreciate every one of you and the support you’ve shown us through our journey, more than we can fully convey.
Needless to say, we would be nothing without our badass management team and large supporting front line staff. We have always focused on our people first, and our proudest accomplishment is creating a workplace culture that bucked many unsavory trends in the industry and cultivated an incredible loyalty from our staff for more than 12 years.
In that spirit, we are exiting this race with as much grace as possible by remaining open for the next three weeks, to give our people time to stack some cash and find their next home. Our last day of service will be Sunday, July 13th.
Please come down one or twenty-one more times to help us go out with a bang.

We have two new sakes joining our lineup! Both of these bring something so delicious and unique to the table, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
Kuichi Awashizuku is a light and crisp sparkling sake with a hint of mellon.
Manotsuru Lucky Toki is a more full bodied sake with notes of pistachio, white chocolate, and mushroom.

If you haven’t tried our char siu ribs yet you are missing out! These ribs are marinated for two days and slow roasted before being topped with crispy fried garlic for the perfect crunch.
Enjoy these ribs as an appetizer or pair them with our green beans for a fantastic meal 🥡

Congratulations Matt! Matt won the Tristar NDC cocktail competition with his cocktail Watcher in the Water. Contestants competed to create a cocktail inspired by Middle Earth.
Watcher in the Water combines NDC vodka, fennel infused fashinolla, cream sherry, amaretto, peychauds, and lemon. This cocktail is only available for the month of June so get it while you can!

Join us this Thursday for a Tiki Takeover! We’re so excited to be working with to roll out their new Bottled in Bond series. We’ll be pouring shots of the spring 2021 batch and a brand new cocktail!
