Family First Community Grant applicationsย areย now open for Tennessee families in need Tennessee Department of Human Services offers Families First Community Grant to support low-income families toward economic stability with $4 million funding for non-profits. Eligible community organizations can apply by July 13, playing a key role in program design for families in need.

๐Ÿฆ  Community Health Update: Wastewater surveillance data for Spring 2026 is showing elevated levels of Norovirus and Rotavirus in Chattanooga.

These viruses can cause stomach illness symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramping, low-grade fever, and body aches. While many adults experience mild symptoms, older adults, young children, and immunocompromised individuals may face more severe illness.

๐Ÿ‘ Washing hands thoroughly and often
๐Ÿฅฃ Eating bland foods while recovering
