I traveled all the way to Ohio for these two, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect evening. The city was overflowing with lush greenery, timeless historic mansions, and the kind of charm that makes you want to slow down and soak it all in.

But as beautiful as the scenery was, these two somehow outshined every bit of it.

Anna + Reed are truly lightning in a bottle. The way they laugh together, the way they look at each other, the way they simply exist side by side—it all feels effortless. Some couples just have that kind of magic, and getting to document it is the best part of what I do. 🥹🤍

I truly can’t think of two people who fit together more perfectly than these two. Their story started in the sweetest way — living just down the hall from one another, secretly crushing from afar, until one day they finally crossed paths, struck up a conversation, and have been inseparable ever since.

Getting to capture their engagement photos in the very historic Nashville neighborhood where their apartment is, and where their entire love story has unfolded, made this session feel that much more special. Every corner held a little piece of their story, and it was the sweetest thing getting to document this season for such a beautiful couple.

It is officially wedding week for my baby brother + soon to be sister-in-law, Mason + Paige 🥹🤍

This week looks a little different around here because I’m not only their photographer, but also their wedding planner and a bridesmaid 😂 so to say I have a lot on my plate this week would be an understatement. I’ll still be answering messages + emails as I can, but I will be officially out of office when it comes to editing and delivering galleries this week. Everything will be caught back up the following week — thank y’all so much for your patience while we soak in such a special week for our family 🫶🏼

And these engagement photos feel even sweeter now. We took them dressed up at the old church just down the road from our houses — the same church whose bells we hear chime every single day at noon.

Now every time those bells ring, they’ll be a little reminder of this season, this love, and the beginning of their forever. I seriously cannot wait to watch these two become husband and wife this weekend 🤍
