Breath Awareness: Find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Notice the sensation of each inhale and exhale, allowing your breath to anchor you in the present moment.

Body Scan: Lie down or sit comfortably and bring your awareness to different parts of your body, starting from your toes and gradually moving up to your head. Notice any sensations without judgment, and gently release any tension you may encounter.

Loving-Kindness Meditation: Picture someone you love or care about deeply. Silently repeat phrases of loving-kindness towards them, such as "May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be at peace." Extend these wishes to yourself and gradually to all beings.
